Trent Reflection

Trent Reflection

June 23rd, 2010

I’m trying to develop my eye for strong compositions and thought the reflection of the Trent Building in the lake was a good looking shot.

Its hot.  Very hot.  I just spent all day in one of the halls of residence listening to third year PhD talks.  Whilst some of them went over my head the posters were interesting and the free food was good.  I even had some ideas for my own thesis/end of year talk which I need to jot down.  I also theorised about how productive I could be with a smart phone after watching one of the staff regularly check their email on one during the talks!  Falling asleep in a talk is bad (guilty!), tweeting is worse but checking your email is really rude in my opinion.
