Winter Birds

One from my archives.  This was taken about 12 months ago at Highfields Park where the gulls were aligned up on the posts nicely.  In the background is the Trent Building which I’ve photographed on numerous occasions but rarely blogged about it.  The whole University of Nottingham campus is really very picturesque; centred around a lake with the two main buildings above it, the aforementioned Trent and the Portland, which is the Union.  I spent a year here doing my masters research project and really enjoyed it although I wished I’d explored a bit more!  There was one particular park where I wished I’d photographed, maybe there will be another opportunity.
