Science, Photography, Life etc…

K made a cheesecake this Saturday and over the course of the weekend we just about managed half of it. The recipe is here; and is highly recommended! I’ve always wanted to take awesome photos of food I’ve cooked, but I find there’s a compromise between cooking something good looking and eating something tasty. Often a lot of the food photography you see is synthetic; oil instead of gravy and paint instead of cream. But I actually like to eat what I cook so I need to work harder at making things look tasty as well as taste tasty.
