Science, Photography, Life etc…

We spent much of last week up in the Lake District and experienced some of the best weather we’ve ever had up there! Many sunny days and very little rain for once. One sunny morning was spent exploring the estuary next to the lodge with the dog. Much paddling was undertaken by all three of us and it was great to look out over this vast expanse of sand that is normally covered by the tide.
This shot was taken at the furthest point in our trek, the water is a river that runs off the hills and along the salt flats inhabited by lots of sheep.
